1:ORDERS

Mosquita endevours to get all orders posted with in 2 business days for items in stock - if possible orders are sent same day.

 

For all orders requiring custom made jewellery or hair pieces, Mosquita will be in contact through email as to approximate wait times. If your order is urgent, please notify in the comments area upon check out and we will do our best to get your order ready for the time frame required.

2:SHIPPING

Mosquita uses Sendle and Australia Post for postage needs and offers 2 shipping options

 

1. Normal post - Mosquita can take no responsibilty for parcels sent by normal post. These orders can not be tracked and can take between 1-10 days to arrive

 

2. Express post - reccomended option as Australia Post guarantees delivery next day or up to 3 working days for country

 

- Postage on Fairy Garden products may be higher due to size/bulkiness of the product. If there is any additional cost for shipping we will contact you.

3:GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Certificate will be added to your own personal Gift Certificate Account. If you have funds in your Gift Certificate Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Certificate to some one via email.

When you send a Gift Certificate, you need to specify the following. The name of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Certificate to. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Certificate Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.

4:RETURNS

Faulty items can be returned for either replacing or repair AFTER contacting Mosquita within 1 week of arrival. For items where the fault or damage is due to your misuse you may incur a cost for fixing.

No returns for change of mind unless agreed upon by Mosquita
